Refund Policy
We offer a 14 day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
• Be in the same condition as received.
• Include all original accessories, manuals, inserts, and packaging materials.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products that have been opened, used, tested, assembled, installed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photographs or other evidence before approving a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a different item must place a new order.
European Union Customers
For orders delivered within the European Union, consumers may have statutory cancellation rights. To qualify, items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
